2. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful shopping purposes. You may not misuse the website, provide false information, interfere with its operation, or engage in fraudulent activity.

We may restrict access or cancel orders when fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, photographs, weights, and availability.

Because meat is a natural product, size, shape, color, marbling, texture, and appearance may vary. These natural differences do not automatically mean that a product is defective.

Product photographs are for general reference.

4. Weight-Based Products

Some products may be sold according to weight.

When the displayed weight is estimated, the final weight and price may vary slightly based on the actual product prepared. Any weight-based pricing or adjustment will be disclosed before the order is completed.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when Meat Master Inc confirms and begins processing it.

We may cancel an order if:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be authorized
  • The delivery address is outside our service area
  • Product or pricing information contains a material error
  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
  • The order cannot be safely fulfilled

If a paid order is cancelled by Meat Master Inc, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payment and Taxes

Customers must provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Applicable taxes and any clearly disclosed charges will be shown before the order is completed.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.

Once an order has been prepared, cut, packaged, shipped, or sent for delivery, it may no longer be changed or cancelled.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Meat Master Inc provides free shipping to eligible addresses within California.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time begins after processing and depends on the customer’s address, distance from our North Hollywood location, and the applicable delivery schedule. The estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed during checkout or provided in the order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • The customer’s address
  • Distance from our North Hollywood location
  • Product availability
  • Order size
  • Delivery schedules
  • Weekends and holidays

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, unit number, gate code, and any necessary access instructions.

Additional details are provided in our Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup Policy.

After pickup, customers are responsible for safely transporting, refrigerating, freezing, storing, preparing, and cooking the products.

10. Food Safety and Order Inspection

Customers must inspect products immediately after delivery or pickup and refrigerate or freeze them promptly.

Do not consume a product that appears spoiled, damaged, improperly sealed, or unsafe.

Any suspected defect must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

After delivery or pickup, customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, preparation, and cooking.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our meat products, Meat Master Inc does not accept returns or exchanges.

A refund may be considered only when a product is defective at the time of delivery or pickup.

Customers must report the defect within 24 hours and provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number

  • A temperature reading when relevant

No exchanges are available.

All claims are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order or that the order can be left in a safe location.

Meat Master Inc is not responsible for deterioration caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Restricted access
  • Delayed collection
  • Unattended delivery
  • Exposure to heat or weather
  • Improper refrigeration or storage after delivery

This does not apply when a product was already defective at the time of delivery.

13. Promotions

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchases, location restrictions, and other disclosed conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined, applied to previous orders, or exchanged for cash.

14. Website Content

All website text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and branding are owned by or licensed to Meat Master LA.

They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
